[Tutorial] How to fix Client File Corruption Detected

If you are getting an error saying "Client File Corruption Detected" When you start crossfire, this tutorial may help in fixing it.

If you have tried reinstalling, rebooting computer, and all the obvious things, you could try this if none of them work.

Note: This is for Windows XP, should be similar for other windows versions.

    1. Right click on your desktop and click Properties.
    2. Select the Settings Tab
    3. Click the Advanced button
    4. On the Troubleshoot tab, there should be a slider for Hardware acceleration.
If the slider is not set to full, this could be your problem, set it to full and try cf.

This happened to me, as I had the slider set lower for another game.

Please click thanks if I helped.

This may be in the wrong section, sorry. Idk.
