how do you make it so like ive seen hacks like have combat arms open then run the hack how do you do that

Just Download the Hack and Extract the Files to the Combat Arms Folder
Open the settings file (notepad)
then change the following things

USERNAME= (Your Mpgh.net Username Here)
PASSWORD= (Your Mpgh.net Password Here)

Scroll down where it says
BTWIREFRAME=1

Make That say
BTWIREFRAME=0

Your all set now save it and start up combat arms and press the
DELETE KEY to access the hack menu
