Unfair lost password

This may not be the right section, but it fits more than the other ones.

Anyway..... As I am attempting to log into my account (This is my RL friends account) I realized I forgot my password. I click the "Forgot Password?" link, and it asks for my email and a human verification.

The question is "Who is the president of the United States of America?" now I'm not saying it is unfair because I'm NOT FROM USA, SO I WOULDN'T KNOW THAT, but Google helps out. I knew it was Barack Obama, but I had no idea how to spell it, I copy/pasted it from Google. It says it's wrong, I honestly have no idea, but isn't he still the president? I have tried just "Obama", that didn't work, I have tried just "Barack", that didn't work...

What the hell?

Refresh the page a few times, it should change the verification question.
