    Try doing this:
    C: - Program Files(x86) - steam - steam apps - username - modernwarfare2 - player - mp_config.cfg

    CTRL + F : Type fov then when you find it change it to 90 or w/e you want

    console cg_fov 80 with mp_config u need 2 be host to do that or its max limited try 75
