ERROR! 20090105__FTPA connection with the server could not be established

THis is written in cleintftp log. Is this the reason that i cant launch the game with hax? I install hax, fill the settings when start the game it crashes. Its when my computer try to connect to mpgh account. Anyone some advice? THX in advance
