.dll missing but it's there.

When I try to run any hack it gives me the error that i'm missing a .dll when It's there. I have net framework 4 Direct x10 and yes I put the .dll's in my system32 folder.

Put it in your Combat Arms folder also. C:\Nexon\Combat Arms
