[HELP] How do I become a MM?

I've recently wanted to become a MiddleMan and I don't know where to post my services but here. Is there any requirements? Please leave me a comment and if I posted this in the wrong section feel free to just move it.

And we currently aren't 'recruiting' any new middlemen, as we're with two already (Insane and myself).
And even if we were: you wouldn't meet the requirements ...
