I accidently didn't make backups, so I mixed both the packs together. Will this get me banned?

If you want to cleanly re-apply just delete iw_00-06.iwd (this uses iw_01-05, other texture hacks also modify iw_06) and validate the game in Steam. It will re-download the original files.

Ye, I was being stupid. Forgot that the files are just edited for each force. Maybe re-word the terms Allies and Enemy's, to clarify that you mean allied forces (SAS, GIGN...), not whoever you are playing as?

It doesn't show up in Killcams, but if you upload a screenshot or video of your match, people will see the texture hack. Just turn off the video/theater recording and don't share screenshots.

    Need a little help

    Hello
I try to make my custom Textures, i do everything up to the point of importing it again to the IWD file, and after running the game every texture i edit looks completely white, < even if i delete the original file and put nothing there , it looks white, so the engine doesnt read my edited file> here is what i do :
1- i take out the IWI files form the IWD archive
2- convert the IWI file to DDS
3- i edit the DDS file in photoshop
4- convert the DDS file into IWI < at this stage my edited IWI file has different size and different CRC than the original file > and put them back into IWD archive
5- i run the mw3, every edited textures looks white.....

i think the problem is with the size and crc difference, how do u make ur edited file so they have the exact same size and crc as the original ones ?
    Thanks in advance

    Thanks!

I have noticed that size of files is matching, bot CRC32 is not...

    Example: africa_militia_head_a_col.iwi
    Original CRC32 - BDE47470
    Modified CRC32 - C2869994

    Is this normal?

YES IT IS ! If The CRC would not corecct , nobody could play with , cause then this Error would be shown : Files Different from Server

So Name , CRC & Size match in this Version!

@ shadowof047 you need to edit the crc with Hexeditor , or google mw2tools.rar there is an app inside wich patch the crc

Just test it and all enemies were dark (like no color at all)... (Played Delta in Outpost. Delta were green)
Your previous version of textures works fine.

BTW, what difference between this version and old one? Except filesizes and that all snipers are green.

    Help plz ....

i've been working on this for like 48 hours, havent slept for that much, i still cant figure this out.
I've never seen HEX before and i'm totally new to editing hex.
i've downloaded hex workshop, and opened the edited file in it, but cant figure out what to do with it.
i've searched a bit and i found this:
"Go to the top of both files, and find the byte labeled "0D" (or maybe D0? I don't remember).Look at what's before it, that's the header,Delete the header from your new file and copy-paste instead of it the header from the old texture. Save. You're done. "

well what does it mean "what's before it " i tried to copy the numbers before 0D it is still the same......can u help me with hex editing a bit plz ?:|

    That's just English...
    Look what comes before it.

    Like when there's 00 11 22 33 44, then look what's before 44, and you'll have 00 11 22 33....

That's because you're not supposed to do what you said.
Idk where you got that information, but it's incorrect.

    First of all, download this:
    https://www.mpgh.net/forum/281-call-d...b-matches.html
As you already have, to make it easier. (It might not work on all but for some)
    Download this: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/281-call-d...x-v1-11-a.html
Use this instead of doing the HxD Program.

And if you ever wonder look here:
    https://www.mpgh.net/forum/281-call-d...-scopes.html#2

I hope this can clear some up for you.
Sorry if I miss understood you.
