Its easy open up cheat engine and choose iw5mp then click add address manually. After that choose one class at a time so type in the code below. - Only one at a time!!
then change the value to 57. and choose your 2 secondarys ingame.

well done sir. keep searching and testing. it is much fun. and in case you messed up, you can always reset your stats and start from beggining. all tools are there already

just one little advice. you dont really need to use the 2 attachment prof. you can just write directly to the first and secondary attachment on the secondary weapon. the addresses are -x02 and - x04 from your addresses. in CE just rightclick at your first address, choose "browse this memory region" and you will see, how the data structure is.

anyway, it is great to see people having fun with hacking and doing it on their own

Just be careful when using more than one visible attachment... for example:

MP9 + Silencer + Extended Mags = OKAY
MP9 + Red Dot Sight + Silencer = OBVIOUS

I highly doubt VAC can ban for this. The only way you can be detected is manually (i.e. Reports), and I doubt that anyone will report you. And if they do, I seriously doubt VAC/IW will care. Just be sure to close CE before entering a game (There's a chance that VAC will ban if they see this running from your processes).

P.S. I'm no 1337 uber amazing hacker, but I do know a thing or two about CE ;P So don't take my word as gospel.
