Say it passes the Senate/House. If Obama signs it (lets hope he is sane enough not to), I will not vote for him in 2012. Unsurprisingly Ron Paul is against SOPA, and I think that JUST make me vote for him if Obama is pro-SOPA.

As i recall they dont need his approval, but they do need his denial.
If he doesnt do anything and lets it sit in his office for a month then it gets passed without him having to come in conflict with it.

remember that funny little loophole where congress can override a presidential veto with 2/3 majority in the house and senate unless it’s a pocket veto

so ideally, you shouldn’t encourage obama to flat-out veto it because i’m sure congress will override it in the blink of an eye if enough of them really want this to pass
