Maplestory Advertisment section?

So as the title suggests, if it were to be made would you approve\disapprove? I know its this whole thing about not advertising, but that aside what are your opinion on people advertising their private servers (Sort of like the runescape section)

Posting the name of a server is allowed. However, linking to the website which will presumably have a download for the client somewhere on it will be considered "outside download link", and said users will be punished accordingly.
