    The Best PC You Will Ever See

    Better than the Reventon MK2, better than MCP, better than Cygnus. In my opinion anyways.

    MDPC 042 | murderbox MKII P1.01

    Gunmetal chrome plated metal tubing anyone?

    Parallel sleeving to die for.

    Top it off with some sexy white dye coolant passing through acrylic waterblocks.

    That is the most beautiful pc I have ever seen. The very incarnation of practicality. No flashy leds, no bright colors, no sharp, supposedly aesthetic angles. Just sleek, monochrome, and practical.

    Exactly what I love about it It's one of the most beautiful pieces of technology I've seen.

    @Sir Ragealot

    It's one of these with a modified front façade and a hand-crafted drive cage and a flush window panel and add in some matte powder-coating. Heck with the amount of mods it has you might as well buy one from him for $1K

    The guy who made it sells tailored Murderbox PC which start from $6,000 US (Starting components are 2600K, 2xGTX580s 12GB RAM, internal LC and a modified TJ-07 case, AFAIK). The most expensive PC bought from him was around $21,000 from memory and was a near replica of Dans 008 Muderbox (see below). The one featued on MDPC is a custom PC for him and him only AFAIK. To get one similar I would say around $25K. All enquiries are done through e-mail only.

    Yes they are incredibly expensive, but apparently he's making bank out of these.

    Ok from what I've read, Murderbox PCs are built primarily by 2 people. Since the MDPC project started they've gotten a backlog of 40 PCs they've had to put on hold (since July me thinks). Each Murderbox has a starting price of 6K, and it won't be crazy to assume that they are earning a base profit of 2K. That's 80K at least from those 40 backlogged PCs. I have no idea how many they make in a year. That's pretty good if you ask me, sure you have to pay for overheads and profit is split, but if it's something you enjoy and the end product looks that good than that is a pretty sweet dealio.

    If only I had some money for capitol.
