Need Help recovering my hacked account

my origin account got hacked last 2 days and the hacker change everything except for the username I contact EA via email and they asked about
the date of birth in the hacked account and they mail me back they said the DOB doesnt match but i give the correct one few hours ago they mail that product code and the DOB provided hacked account does not match with our database and the adviser said i need to call account and billing department. any help will be appreciated

They should have on record what the DOB and what the original settings were, So ring them up and tell them you think someone has changed all the settings and give them the old settings you had and they will be able to sort the problem out from there.

Yeah totally. Same question in the end. And the answer is so obvious, like last time. Why do people come HERE to ask on how to hack accounts?
