Neither really. People are saying that its humans faults that evils exist and thats why bad things happen to good people. I am saying that not everything is humanity's fault.

Christianity is basically a giant test. It tests willpower, faith, upbringing, etc. People believe in it because of either
A) Something extreme happened to them after they prayed.
B) It was how they were raised and can not fathom anything different.
C) They don't fully understand how life could exist without a god, and just chose a religion.

When you grow up in a church that tells you not to do shit, and then they go right behind your back and do the shit they tell you not to, you learn that the stereotypes are true. Especially when you see them all happen to many people But in my area, those are the three main reasons people believe in God. Then you have the 90 year olds who are just straight up nuts, throwing bibles at you for having earrings or a tattoo screaming "JESUS".

Useless debate is useless. Since the dawn of Christianity, arguments have appeared in order to oppose to it, or to stand by it. Nonetheless, Christianity is still there, and so is atheism.

I was into a debate with a Jewish priest the other day (I am not Jewish, but he studied theology so I thought it would interesting to ask him) and I told him about my recent loss of faith. I told him that I did not fully understand why God had done some things, or why hadn't he done others. The priest looked at me, and he smiled. Then he said:

'Do you know why Hitler killed 6 million Jews during the 1930's and mid 1940's in Germany?'
'Yes, he hated the Jewish people.'
'Why?'
'Because he was taught so in the streets of Germany, while he lived like a bum. He also got his thoughts during the First World War and most Europe also had...'
He asked me about 3 questions more, all criticizing the 'why' of Hitler's actions. In the end, I had to admit that I did not fully understand why Hitler had done what he had done. I partially did, but I didn't understand it fully. The priest then replied:
'Well, my son, if you can't fully comprehend the actions of a human being, how can you expect yourself to comprehend the actions of someone who created the Universe? Or even so, someone that created all of the things you cannot understand? Loss of faith is usual, Nathan, and most usual in young people. You will never be able to explain the why of God actions. Yes, some people might try to give you answers, but this are just assumptions. In the end, there is no logic behind believing in Him. Only true, pure and wholehearted faith.'

Like I care what you think. When you see the stereotypes actually be true in person it shows a lot Stereotypes don't just come out of someones ass. Since I am not a full christian I am not allowed to hang out with my friends since their parent's think that I only cause trouble and can't trust me. And I can't date certain christian girls either since their parents think im too much of a badass since im not a baptized christian. If i were baptized and totally belived in God and shit they would allowed me to do to this with their friends. And im no bad guy.
