Lagg ?

Hey guys ,
i just bought Black Ops , and i noticed , i lagg.
Now , i have a PC that far surprasses the needs to play Black Ops. I put everything off exept Black Ops , all my options are on the very lowest.
I guess i am wrong , so could u guys just post what the lowest options are ? exept resolution and fullscreen and aspect ratio ...
Or any thing that help ? Im using GameBooster , stuff like that ...

Look up how to get faster internet (But a clear warning, some can mess up your routers settings or may contain viruses Be warned)

Windows 7 , 64 Bit , 4 GB Ram.
Processor : Celeron Dual Core CPU T3000 @ 1.80 GHz 1.80 GHz.
Also , i have the same problem with Battlefield 3.
Weird fact : MW3 is running fine , but Black Ops and Battlefield 3 are both laggy as hell ... While MW3 seems to take more RAM memory while it is running ... So yeah , i dont have a shitty PC , cus these are the first games i ever have problems with ... Hope u guys can help

EDIT : And its not my net , cus i have LAN , and i dont have any problems for any other games :P

Your graphics card is probability crap go get a new one
Your cpu is defiantly crap I would suggest getting a whole new computer
At least just get a new graphics card

Lan or wlan can have issues with speed issues it doesn't matter... mainly it's your router/modem

Black ops uses a different engine so with weak cpu's and gpu's you will lag
mw3 uses mw2's engine just a bit upgraded

if you notice mw3 NCP's are just mw2's

1. Yes it is a laptop
2. It isnt crap , because ALL other games work just fine , even the games wich take way more RAM then BO/B3
3. My laptop is from 2011 -_-"
4. I already tought it was my graphics card , but i cant seem to find any updates on it
5. I wont buy a new PC just for 1 game
6. Most stupid question of all : Whats a GPU ? (no im not an 8 year old , neither am i 12 or 14 , im older , trust me)

Well , since i dont know what a GPU is ...
And BO/BF are the only Games i have problems with , i can run other games perfectly on quite high graphics ... Guess its my Graphic card ?

Besides black ops Isnt more cpu dependent like BF3 then other games last time i checked?
And he does have a dual cored celeron ==
