Hanbiton Registration - Do I bug, or?

Hello Guyz,

recently I've been trying to register on hanbiton to play Granado Espada KTS..
The problem is that whenever I try to register using a name and a KSSN, nothing happens..
The mouse turns into a loading one, the page gives no error or something and it quickly clear the "name" and "kssn" areas..

Is it my browser not working with registration, or is it normal? Personally I expected it to give some sort of error or whatever..

Please help me, I'd really like to play there

P.S. I don't know if this is the right section, I'm sorry if it's wrong one.

Well the game is korean so it might have region restriction

Well, lot of people registered there I think, as there even is a guide on how registering there, tough it's old.. Maybe there's a region block even when registering? But anyway, still no error when I confirm registration :s

First I would try different browsers, and you could indeed try using a proxy for this.

Note: the KSSN's have to start with 93 or under I believe, as you have to be atleast 18 years old to play FPS's in Korea.
