my other account got banned on this website for a week for bumping a thread 30 days or older and i didnt know that u would get banned but thats my fault but i just remembered this password for this account thats why i made that other account that is now banned because i forgot the password for it and so i spent time when my account got banned trying to figure out this pass so is it ok for me to have 2 accounts... if not delete this account i dont need it.

All though ban evasion is technically an offence, it is hardly enforced. Unless you were banned for a serious offence, such as endangerment of members, upload of malicious content, multiple accounts is just fine.
