Lifetake with a partner who has lifetaker. That way your streak wont be higher then like 10 or so
You each get a death so it evens out

Actually I think your right. They probably didn't do it in papa
Papa is "Rec Rules" meaning its not your real combat statistics meaning it's not your real killstreak. IF you see all those golf farmers they all camp in cold seed with spec to get a high killstreak where in papa you cant get one.

I went to like 80 kills on my main last night in pubs and it still stayed at 13
