Hello guys when i open Net suspender and run the game and press the hot key to start it says this in the pic down

Try it running as administrator

The Net Suspender, works only with the version 4.2 i used months but now, 1/12 after the maintenance, all the hacks as walls and tapps are patched. :S if i had seen this post before i would have given you the solution.
