Swap models?

I know this may sound weird,but is there a way to swap player models,example Delta with S.A.S.?,or Inner Circle with Spetsnaz??

first of all thx for the fast reply...and second,....memory editing?if I recall corectly,memory editing results in VAC ban...weird,because that isn't taking advantage over others...it's just...to put it simply I don't like the Delta Force models and the Inner Circle(no combat boots)

Well, you are not supposed to modify your game, that's what DLC is for. If you want to change your model then you need to hack it, and get banned.. so you can buy the game and then DLC to change it..
