help with chams plzzzz!

So I have see Chams made with the TEXTURESCRIPT in the Combat arms game folder that still work; I extraced the files from TEXTURESCRIPT file, I cant find anything that deals with char body or legs, all i need help with is where is the file that I can mod to make chams and do i need photoshop to do it or C++ if i need anyone of thoes please tell me.

You can use any kind of image editing software to edit chams. If your having trouble trying to properly set up chams, just download them to save yourself time. There is plenty of different colored and types of chams lying around anyways.
