Shut the fuck up. There's nothing in the rules saying you can't be apart of other forums, and there's nothing saying you can't make a forum for your own personal use. MP in the CA section does the same thing and doesn't get scolded about it. Also, if you're going to call someone "retarded", at LEAST spell "YOU'RE" correctly.
