this will not work with skidrow version unless you change the path to look for blackops_mp.exe instead of COD7.exe

it won't work at all with skidrow because structs are different.

After the aimbot locks on, it starts shaking a tiny bit. This makes it difficult for the sniper rifles to hit most of the time.

the only time that happened to me was when the server was lagging, join a server where your ping is lower and it will not shake anymore

nope, no anticheat atm. they will add one in the next update though and this hack will be detected
