i got it to work with this texture thingy: MW3 ChromatiX 2.2.1 [Texture Hack with Installer and Additional Features]- Steam/aIW

and for the rest its just opening the program and adjusting the sensitivity

I use chromatix with this- it's just got an achilles heel. It colors dead bodies too, so this aimbot goes crazy with them.
