Okay, well he could have used $800 over a span of a year. He says he's legit and getting to Colonel takes a long time if he was not legit then serves him right for being banned.

What was the Exact ban message? you can tell if banned by an ingame GM or by report/autoban.

also look at combatarms.nexon.net wall of shame and see the ban reason.
edit: i dont see any col's banned today so maybe wait for it to update
