    CBL is the "Community Ban List". The CBL is a place where people can report hackers, glitcher, and spammers. However, when they report you, they must have some sort of evidence (picture, video, etc.) If someone says "you are CBL dirty" that means that someone has reported you can if too many do, you can get banned.

    Correct but CBL does not and can not ban you. They list your IGN on their site with a little tag that says your dirty with links to the proof of showing you are. Get a name change and unless someone is hell bent on keeping up with CBL and your IGN you will be clean. Of course there is always the issue of if they reported you directly to nexon before posting it to CBL.
