I dont know what happened. I went to montreal over the christmas break and when i get back my account was in use but i did not play, my cousin who was visiting us for the break wehn we got back was the one that played, then school starts on the 9th and i start playing but then on the 11th i got banned. I dont know what i did but it said for hacking so was i falsely reported or did i get some virus??? because i am a legit player and i have had this account for a long time. Thanks for your time.

They do unban accounts, just takes a long time. I sent a ticket 1/2 a year ago, and got replied by a GM 2 weeks ago saying i'm unbanned. :P
