Not quite true i dont live in the usa but i know some american gamers are really bad and lose when they rage .... however some are good/top tier gamers and have potential :P. They just give up too easily.

If you're going to bitch about someone bumping a thread, don't keep posting on said thread to keep alive. Also, just report the user for bumping, yet 4 days is not against the rules, anything after a week is considered warning/infraction material.
