3) They do fix glitches, people just find loopholes around them. And once again, yes they do ban, for me at least.
4) They are called Nexon NA because they are based in America. And Nexon doesn't even make the games. They are just the part of the company that handles all economic parts of it, and that is DevCat's official name in North America. In Asian countries, they are "DevCat" not "Nexon." That's just their North American Branch, with some employees. The main hub is in Korea, I believe, where Nexon NA sends all their large problems to be solved - which is why it sometimes takes so long - Nexon KR has problems that are their priorities, then comes NA. Things such as simple bannings take a while, because you have millions of reports coming in, some are trolls, some are unclear, and you have to check each and every one. According to you, with 3,200 employees that also have to fix glitches, patch hacks, update the game, and all other stuff, all in different time zones across NA? That's pretty hard to get things done super efficient. They pull through eventually, it just takes time. And no matter what, there will always be hacks - it's impossible to patch a hack on a computer, since there are so many ways around it, and so many advanced things a computer can do that a simple Portable game system cannot. All it takes is a smart computer nerd with the right tools.
I'm not taking any sides, just explaining my perspective on your... complaint.
