Can't play MW2 windowed.

Hey,

For some reason I can't start MW2 windowed. I went in the main menu, pressed alt+enter, and the screen remains black and stops responding.
Things I've tried:
-Delete the config.mp to generate a new one
-The above and then edit the config.mp to fullscreen '0'
-Run as admin
-Restart my computer

EDIT:
If I leave it running for awhile it'll say 'ran out of memory'.
If it's talking about Random Acess Memory I have 3 gigs, and that's not alot but it should be plenty :#

Fixed by lowering graphics settings o.o
