    Sound Card Help

    I have a laptop made for Windows XP. But i like to keep up to date so i updated to Windows 7. The sound card doesnt work for Windows 7 I think. What should I do to fix it? My sound card worked with a linux OS i have installed to a USB flash drive. How do i get sound?! Heres my info made with IOBIT Game Booster Diagnose Report

    If that's a Dell Inspiron 9300 then I think you might be out of luck, I couldn't find any drivers on Dell's site

    I searched so many sites and tried so many drivers that I can't remember where I got it! But it turns out that its file name is R99254.exe, which is the same driver name that you'll find on Dell Support if you enter your Inspiron 9300 laptop and look for the audio driver file. I'm guessing that the file you find on Dell will be the same one I got. The Dell site doesn't give you the operating system option for Vista, but in the details it says that the driver is compatible with Vista.

    Here's the link, but if it doesn't work, just search Dell Suport for that file name.
