I did a clean install, so no, I don't have mlang.dll in my CF folder. Thanks for trying to help me though.

I had the same error but i find a way:
i just install Crossfire at other disk etc when i install it at WINDOWS(C) sends me error i install it at DATA(D) and error fixed.

Dont just uninstall, go to the file locations personally and delete any remnant of cf
