how to record with fraps and no lag!!!!---10k nx code for solution!

when im playing combat arms and i start recording with fraps the lag is UNBAREABLE!!!! like literally
unbareable so im asking if there is any solution to where i can record with no lag/minimum lag
and DONT SAY GET A NEW COMP BECAUSE MINE IS BRAND NEW!!!!! what can i do
anything will help because i havent tried anything lol and DONNT SAY GAMEBOOSTER! IT DOSENT WORK WORTH A SHIT!

What are your system specs? Otherwise I will simply assume you lack sufficient video memory to render a game and capture it at the same time. Fraps is relatively GPU intensive, most stock graphics cards (that are built into the MOBO) won't cut it. Invest in a new system or GPU.

Quad core CPU or better 8 gigs ram or better
That or user directx story, xfire, or whatever program you would like to use
The only way to not lag with Fraps is to have Good Hardware

FRAPS is more CPU intensive than it is GPU intensive.

Lower down your solution. Use a hack with removals if possible
and make sure no other program is running while CA is. I do that and i have no lag
