M24A3 = Best Sniper Rifle?

So I have just come up to an idea that may potentially put all other snipers out of commission. If somebody were to upgrade an M24A3 with damage could it possibly be a perfect accuracy 1HK sniper rifle? If the M24A3 already has 97 damage and you add 3 damage with the customization then this thing would be really effing amazing! Can anybody fill in if this would actually work?

Polo, I'm talking about the forging ingame -_- Y'know where you can customize your guns to add damage, accuracy, fire rate etc... It's completely legit. I don't know if you were thinking that I was suggesting a .rez mod or a type of hack? But, yeah, hopefully you understand it now.

Is m24a3 the gun that has woodland version of it?

Yes, M24A3 is the NX version of the regular M24 and they both have woodland version's as well. But seriously I want somebody to answer that has ALREADY tried it. Please, there has to be someone. Just the thought of this makes my mouth water and I can't wait to see so I can get NX for the M24A3!

M24A3 Woodland has the fastest reload time of any sniper. So if I have a TRG-41 and you have a M24A3 Woodland, I miss and you also miss. But the amount of time it takes me to cock the gun back you are already shooting at me again.

OP: It's been done, it doesn't significantly increase the damage to make it a consistent OHK. In fact, it might not even have made a difference.
