IW team for find cheaters?

Hi all, I've observed this:
"Infinity Ward supposedly has a team that will ban you from MW3, (Not VAC) if they catch you cheating. They go through reports and check your gameplay, to see if it matches your rank."

I use only undetected hacks. But VAC bans players automatically, but if they have a team that checks players and watchs their playing, they can ban me too. Or no?

well if you encounter someone from IW and you are cheating
they may ban you yes...
why wouldn't they?
you are annoying them
