Hm... Decent Anime?

Are there any decent anime series that have recently come out that I don't know about? I mean what's up with all of this bs nowadays.... Anybody have recommendations ? アニメはにげないです、おれがいいたします。 荒れが戸で　アドバンスドいます。

If its highschool based your looking for, Haruhi Suzumiya, Shuffle, Zero No Tsukaima *not really highschool but school*, Ladies Vs. Butlers *same as other one*, Rosario + Vampire, Cromartie Highschool, Seitokai No Ichizon, and Seitokai yakuindomo to name a few.

Honestly highschool is a pretty shitty theme but you've already watched the majority of them.

Ew...Zero no Tsukiama was pretty awful...

I watched it after being told it was similar to Shakugan no Shana (while waiting for S3) and absolutely hated it. I even wrote up a giant list of things that pissed me off lol.

Surprisingly it is pretty similar in character design. Thought he focus is completely different. Shakugan is more of "action" if you will, while zero is more of comedy/romance.

Each done and said, I prefer zero simply because its better at what it is(comedy/romance). Shakugan........meh its cliched if you will.

You're entirely right, it is a comedy/romance, nothing like SnS. The story just annoyed the hell outta me though

The voice acting made me want to puke in Zero :/ I couldn't stand the voice for Louise (or however you spell her name). Nearly the entire first season, I watched the dub because of her. Only watched S2 because I don't wanna quit what I started lol.

Stein's gate is not so bad so far, and neither is phantom: requiem for the phantom (or however the fuck it goes).

Not really an anime.. but Rebuild of Evangelion (OVA series) was pretty good. Also check out animated films like Spirited Away (although pretty much everyone has watched this), Steamboy, Castle in the Sky, Princess Monoke, and Howl's Moving Castle.

Don't know too much since reading manga is way easier for me than trawling though websites to find low-quality glitchy videos.


Edit: Pertaining to actual anime, I looked around a bit, heard Code Geass was good... Nisemonogatari, Another, and Gintama also seem interesting.

personally enjoyed Natsume Yujin-cho Shi, but I need to watch more than one episode to give a final verdict.
