EU servers in US

Is there a way to play the EU Vindictus in the US? I've looked up on it a bit, but never got a real answer. I used the search feature here as well and didn't find anything, but then again I'm never any good at using search feature

I read that I need a VPN/Proxy but I can't find one that doesn't cover just my internet browsing. I prefer it be free also because I don't want to buy a proxy to play a F2P game. :P

Because there are some reasons EU version might be better than NA one? Like, if I remember right, bigger stamina...etc

And he already knows that he has to use a proxy, he was asking what kind of proxy should he better use. <.<
