Can You Get Ban From CallSign Hack?

Im Thinking about download Elite CallSign Hack and I dont want to risk the money that I spent on the game.
I want to be sure that if I download it I wont get ban for 100%.

Can You help me?

Wrong Place. Anyway I dont think so.

Not for 100% but since those elite things are only unlocked by cod elite which is only available for xbox (ps3 probably too) you still got a chance of a ban I think.
