look what i've found in the Nx forums.

Ok, well, so far, it's safe. I said confidential because I didn't want users from another site ( specifically MPGH ) to check.


Sent it to Sabina and she kindly forwarded it to the Vindictus Team for me.


Basically, I needed to contact the Vindictus Team, because one of my friends who is on there gave me the VIP Console, which is virtually undetectable. While Consoles and stuff tend to get patched, and then an update comes out a while later, the VIP versions are undetectable by how it is injected.

However, I despise of hacking, and the day after I got it, I went onto the IRC chat and talked to one of the Nexon Staff Members about this, letting him know I have the file, and that with it, if they crack it, then they can severely hurt the Vindictus Hacking Community.

There was a list of commands that the hacking community uses as well, so I managed to find a link to the latest one, and added a text file with the specific link, telling Nexon that if they patch all the commands in the list, the hackers can't do anything for a while ( until new methods are released. Hackers always find a way sadly. ) and then listed the most important commands that were the main priority to be patched.


That's pretty much it.

I'm no pro, but I can understand programming well.

:/ patch through the commands... maybe some. but the majority of our usual binds thats on our bind list/loadcommands..
For them to rewrite/patch
its like rewriting a whole book in cursive, if its on printed.

Hell all you have to do is google "vindictus hacks" and it's the first thing that pops up. I guarantee you that at any given time there will be an anti-hacker strolling through this section to see what we're up to.

But some consoles are not public. I don't have a public one. It's a private/VIP console that I donated for several months ago that wasn't ever patched yet. He could be talking about one of those, which would piss me off..
