C.E Hacking Vindictus E.U. Possible?

ok tis migth be a litle (litle=very big),noob question but there it is:
im on win7 64 bits and i can in fact open ce and target vindictus and mess around doing some scan and actualy find
some values so there is any useful on tis or not?
can or canot hacking vindicus using tis mectod?

if some 1 can tell a rigth direction about tis questions i realy apreciate that.
