Why would you not want to tell them apart?

i have a question to house, i only set the enemy team color to red and it worked fine but sometimes at some maps the color get swapped between the allies team and the enemies team, i find my team in color red & the enemies team without any colors cos thats how i set the allies color to nothing, i only edited the enemies team so can anyone explain to me what does this happen sometimes that the color get swapped.
