Its easy to have no sound cfg file. Open the cfg with notepad. press ctrl a. press backspace. save and then your done

You cant open them. Pie just bound stuff ingame, then used host_writeconfig to save it.

Dont add the config.cfg, just host_writeconfig. Second one is right.
