What sort of accounts does Nexon Ban ?

I am about to get a BG . That has a 103 killstreak and started in OCT Will NEXON BAN it ?
I don't know if they will because I wanted to buy another account namely iPhone-4s(PS I WANT THIS ACCOUNT BANNED) but he scammed me and he was COL4 when i wanted to buy it now he is MG AND THEY HAVE not banned him and his streak is 967 or something like that and he started in NOV..So they ban only if they catch the person ..cause a lot of people have fucked up stats and they don't ban..SO should i buy the BG? Or will they ban it ? Or buy and put it down for a year then use it..Cause 103 kill streak is legit over 140 is not ..So what should i do?..HELP Thanks

I wouldn't even suggest buying accounts at the moment. There has been mass bans lately and it is just better to lay low. I even stopped hacking to avoid the high risks of detection or being caught. Rez Mod chams are just lovely.

Buy a lower rank. Perhaps a MAJ-LTC, that was made in 2010.
