1.Step first.
Go to google.com and find proxifier.
2.Next step.
Search for free web or forum with SOCKS 5 proxy for games , from USA.This is probably the hardest part of this tut Here are some examples:

3.Next step.
Open Proxifier.Than select Options -> Proxy settings:


4.Next step.
After this operations run CA US.If you are getting errors like connection ended etc. change proxy.
If you finish playing CA US , close Proxifier , and restart computer.

It doesn`t work at all beacause i tryed it and i downloaded the GAME 2 And when i created an account i go to game i type my name and pass nothing then i use this proxy things and it doesn`t open combat arms i get an error and i`m telling don`t rush your time it DOESN`T WORK!
