Now my acc was scammed......and i just get it back...................:::::::::::................ .But i found it with permanent ban .....i sent a ticket......what do u suggest.......Is Gm's will open my acc....or i don't think so??????

I honestly cannot understand what is up with you. You first made a thread about your account being "blocked" and begging for another account, then you try trading some random account you "retrieved" and now your account(s) is "banned"?

A permanent ban is a permanent ban, whatever the reason, you have a slim chance of unbanning it.
