My open beta account got banned last summer, and I sent in a ticket to Nexon, only to have them finally read it a few weeks ago and unban my oldest account. Then my highest level got banned for no reason, and i'm still waiting for Nexon to read my ticket, but it won't happen until a long time from now.

they will only read the first 3 tickets u send them withen a decent time. so you have 3 tickets per ip address USE THEM WHISLY. I sent a ticket on my other comp and they read it withen 3 days. so yeah i think after like 3 they are like fk u. just spam there asses with many tickets
