dont think there is such thing, u must hack the main base of the network for that to work, just keep on lvling up and get more SP like I did

By this I am guessing you mean survival?
If so, I'm sure I'm willing to post you a small guide here
I cannot create you a trainer at the moment either as I am away from a computer with Modern Warfare 3's Singleplayer on. I have the multiplayer though

For most of your simple memory editing needs, search "Cheat Engine" on google if you dont have the program already.
Download the latest version, either for your 32 bit or 64 bit operating system.

After this, Open it up and in the top left is a computer icon, hit that and find iw5sp.exe
just double click it.

Now goto your barracks on Survival, your xp amount.
For example if I had 300 xp, I would take that value and use this
but use your experience amount and type into the value bar across the top, you shouldn't have to mess with anything else on cheat engines settings for this.
After you have pressed First Scan, Goto into a single player survival game, kill an npc or two, exit back to menu.
Check your experience, if the npc was 100 xp a piece, I'd have 400 or if I killed two, 500.
Input your new experience amount into the value bar, removing the old value and hit "Next Scan"
You should have fewer values, repeat until you have around 1 - 8 values or any tiny amount really, Shift click the top one, then the bottom and press the red arrow that is pointing in the south east next to all your addresses and values.
Shift click all of the values that are now in the box along the bottom of cheat engine and double click whilst holding shift in the Value column
This should bring up a new box, replace the number in there with anything you like, but if you want to be max level (50) then just hit 9 around 6 or 7 times.

Hit ok, go back into game and shoot another npc. Level 50.
Done.
