Cannot connect to the Server

I receive this error upon launching the game.
I've tried running as admin, but I still get the same results

If it does that all the time you have been banned , Otherwise you try again till it works

Anyway, Vindictus servers have been having a lot of issues lately. We'll just have to wait for Nexon to fix their servers.

hahahahahahahaha, not even nexon, they spent over 20 hours on a maintenance trying to fix the issue and didnt fix anything, at all, and this was what, 2 weeks ago? nexon should coin the phrase nexfail, they'd be even richer since it pops up on their forums every hour, lmfao.
