Quite simple to have it undetected for so long, when teh hack was released the game version was: 1.5.387
And now after so much time it still is....1.5.387 seems like they don't give a shit about hackers anymore, compared to the huge amount of updates on mw2 :P

being banned on your account for 1 game isn't anything to worry for, yes you have to make a anotehr account to play this game again but other games won't be blocked or such

I know, but I have over 600 games on mine main account, so If I get VAC banned, everyone will think I cheat on everygame I have.

Well, I have two accounts, but I don't own MW3 on the alternative, so.. I had no option.

This hack is 100% clean, they way it works may trigger some AVs because it exhibit some behaviours that are simillar to trojans but trust me, I would NEVER include any malicious code in any of my releases. I've added some more information on the main post for clarification.
