Render Style File Compiling

When I try to compile the file when I make chams it gives me an error. I go to "File"->"Compile for Platform"->Direct3D and an error comes up saying "error: Could not export file.
Check that RenderStyle_Packer.exe is located in the RenderStylesEditor launch dir." How do I fix this problem?

You need to put RenderStyle_Packer.exe in the same directory as the RenderStylesEditor. The error is pretty self explanatory. @tonsoina

Search for it? Windows does come with a pretty fancy file indexer and, if that won't find it pretty much instantly, Windows does an okay job at finding files. Otherwise if you're looking for the thingy to edit rez files or w/e, Jupiter/Talon modding tools or w/e can be found in the CA modding section, afaik. Maybe in the elite one, dunno. In any case = Google if you don't already have it.

I tried searching for it but no files came up. Just the download in Winrar came up.

Where can i download RenderStyles Packer?
